Subscription fees once charged are nonrefundable. Special purchases like that of Gold Book (produced by State Bill Colorado) are also nonrefundable. Law Week, State Bill, and Circuit Media reserve the right to increase pricing for any service at any time. If you signed up for any service during a sale period, your price may increase to the product’s standard pricing upon your renewal date.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Binding Arbitration & Waiver of Class Action

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, mutually agreed upon by the parties, or if the parties cannot agree, appointed in accordance with any applicable rules for the state of Colorado. The arbitration will take place in Denver, Colorado, and the language of the arbitration will be English. The arbitrator shall have the authority to award any relief that would otherwise be available in a court of law, including damages, injunctive relief, and specific performance. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party will bear its own costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, unless the arbitrator determines that a statute or contract requires otherwise.
By agreeing to arbitration, the parties waive their rights to a jury trial or to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
