Upon subscribing, you agree to a renewal of your subscription on the anniversary date or stated renewal date of your subscription. You are responsible for canceling, maintaining, understanding, or terminating service if you do not wish to continue access to the website or services provided by Law Week Colorado, State Bill Colorado, or Circuit Media. Subscription fees once charged are nonrefundable. Special purchases like that of Gold Book (produced by State Bill Colorado) are also nonrefundable. Law Week, State Bill, and Circuit Media reserve the right to increase pricing for any service at any time. If you signed up for any service during a sale period, your price may increase to the product’s standard pricing upon your renewal date.

6. Limitation of Liability
- Law Week Colorado is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of this website, including but not limited to:

6.1. Binding Arbitration & Waiver of Class Action
The parties agree that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including but not limited to its interpretation, performance, enforcement, breach, or termination, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, mutually agreed upon by the parties, or if the parties cannot agree, appointed in accordance with any applicable rules for the state of Colorado. The arbitration will take place in Denver, Colorado, and the language of the arbitration will be English. The arbitrator shall have the authority to award any relief that would otherwise be available in a court of law, including damages, injunctive relief, and specific performance. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party will bear its own costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, unless the arbitrator determines that a statute or contract requires otherwise.
By agreeing to arbitration, the parties waive their rights to a jury trial or to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

The company’s failure to enforce any provisions of these terms at any time does not waive its right to later enforce the terms of this agreement or to act upon any reported, detected, or assumed violations of these terms.
If any portion of these terms is deemed unenforceable, that provision will be severed but does not impact the other provisions or the agreement as a whole.
