Bipartisan Bill Introduced Prohibiting Admission of Victim’s Manner of Dress, Hairstyle, Speech, Lifestyle as Evidence in Sex Misconduct Suits

The bill also eliminates a current legal exception that allows evidence of a victim's sexual conduct with a defendant to be admitted as evidence.
