Polis Grants Clemency, Marijuana Pardons, Commutes Aguilera-Mederos’ Sentence
Gov. Jared Polis announced on Dec. 30 that he has granted three commutations, 15 individual pardons and signed an Executive Order granting 1,351 pardons for convictions of possession of two ounces or less of marijuana.
