Colorado’s PDJ disbarred an attorney after disciplinary authorities discovered multiple times she practiced law while she was suspended for six months in 2023.
The attorney contacted and made misrepresentations to Boulder public officials and law enforcement officers to see if his friend was being investigated for alleged sexual assault.
The state Supreme Court also reviewed the appeals court’s decision in Clark v. People, finding an erroneous denial of a juror challenge for cause wasn’t structural because the trial court acted in good faith and the juror didn’t end up serving on the jury.
