Multiple judicial districts in Colorado will be launching performance indicator dashboards in September with the goal of bringing forth clarity on the prosecutorial process.
Mark Thompson stepped away from his position as Chief Judge of the 5th Judicial District after being charged with felony menacing on Saturday, according to the state Judicial Department and Summit County court documents.
