The Colorado POWR act, which took effect in 2023, strengthened employee protections against workplace discrimination and harassment, created new conditions for nondisclosure agreements, and imposed other requirements on employers. Dana and Joseph will discuss employers’ obligations under the relatively new law, including ways to mitigate risk.
