After Hours at the Denver Art Museum: Where The Wild Things Are (CLE)

Channah Norman, Co-Chair of Shook’s Art Law Practice, will present a CLE on hot topics in art law followed by a private viewing of the new, upcoming exhibit.
Hot Topics in Art Law: What is Art Law?
This program will provide a broad overview of the issues and legal developments affecting the world of art and will highlight how these issues intersect with multiple types of industries and participants. Guests also will learn how art law intersects with in-house law departments and how to become involved in the art law practice.
Topics covered will range from:
- restitution and repatriation of stolen or looted art to copyright infringement
- antitrust
- art insurance
- commercial litigation
The program will also include a discussion of legal issues surrounding generative AI as it relates to art and product design.
