Wilson Elser Adds Denver Partners Todd Jaworsky, Jane Young

Wilson Elser announced June 17 that it added former McElroy Deutsch managing partner Todd Jaworsky and former McElroy Deutsch partner Jane Young to the firm’s Denver office. The new team also includes two associates from McElroy Deutsch, according to the announcement.

Jaworsky focuses on insurance-related and bad-faith litigation and drafting policy provisions and endorsements. Before his years at McElroy Deutsch, he was an attorney at Grimm, Vranjes & Greer in San Diego, California. Admitted to practice in Colorado and California, Jaworsky has coverage analysis, claims management and insurance litigation experience in multiple jurisdictions.

Jaworsky received his J.D. from California Western School of Law in 2002, and a bachelor’s degree from Fort Lewis College in 1998.

Young has 25 years of experience representing insurers and third-party administrators in complex coverage and bad-faith disputes around the country. Her defense work involves insurance policies, first- and third-party coverage and commercial general liability, construction, environmental, automobile, property and directors and officers, according to the announcement. Young was also a former managing partner of McElroy Deutsch’s Colorado office.

Young assists insurance carriers and third-party administrators in assessing policy coverage and evaluating exposure and represents clients in ADR proceedings. She has tried cases in state and federal courts and has argued in the Colorado appellate courts and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Young received a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 1998 and a bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College in 1995.
