On June 3, Sherman & Howard appointed corporate and political attorney Terrance Carroll as the firm’s pro bono coordinator. Carroll will lead the firm’s efforts in providing pro bono legal services to those in need.

In addition to his experience serving as the 54th Speaker of the Colorado House of Representatives, Carroll is active in local community programs and passionate about pro bono work.

“As lawyers, we are responsible for advocating for those in need,” said Carroll in a press release. “I’m excited to lead the firm’s pro bono efforts and grow our commitment to our communities.”

“Terrence is highly respected in our firms, communities, and the transactional and political areas in which he practices,” said Sherman & Howard CEO and member Stefan Stein in a press release. “He consistently prioritizes community service and engagement making him a strong leader and a perfect fit for this role.”

Carroll assumes the position of pro bono coordinator from William Peffer, who was recently appointed to lead the business and real estate practice group.

Carroll is a government and political law attorney who combines legal, political and policy expertise to provide strategic advice to advance his clients’ objectives.
