Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Partners Aubyn Krulish, Bill Ojile to Denver Office

Snell & Wilmer announced on May 31 that attorneys Aubyn Krulish and Bill Ojile have joined the firm’s Denver office. Krulish is a partner in the corporate and securities practice group, and Ojile is a partner in the firm’s special litigation and compliance practice group. 

“We are delighted to welcome Aubyn and Bill to our Denver office. Their collective background and experience will undoubtedly enhance our ability to serve clients in Colorado and across all our markets,” Office Managing Partner Jim Kilroy said in a news release. 


Krulish primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions. Before joining the firm, she was the office managing attorney of the Denver office for a national firm for several years. She has acquired notable recognitions during her career, namely various Law Week Colorado Barrister’s Best mentions including Barrister’s Choice for Corporate Law in 2021, Barrister’s Choice for Mergers and Acquisitions in 2022, and People’s Choice for Corporate Law in 2020 and 2022. Additionally, 5280 Magazine recognized her as one of Denver’s Top Lawyers in Communications/Technology Law in 2021 and 2022. Krulish was also named by The Best Lawyers in America for Corporate Law in 2024 and for Mergers and Acquisitions Law from 2021 to 2024. Krulish received her J.D. and master’s degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado. 

With over 30 years of experience, Ojile has handled many cases mostly dealing with issues in the higher education, telecommunications and insurance broker sectors. Ojile draws on his background leading the legal, regulatory, compliance, legislative and human resources functions for multiple companies. Ojile was previously a partner at Armstrong Teasdale LLP. Before joining his last firm, Ojile spent over 25 years working in various corporate legal departments, the last 15 years of which he was a general counsel to a publicly traded telecommunications carrier and multi-campus institution of higher education. Ojile was named by The Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation and Communications Law from 2017 to 2024 and for Employment Law/Management in 2023 and 2024. He received his J.D. from the University of Nebraska Lincoln College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
