Snell & Wilmer announced Oct. 21 that the firm has relocated its office to the 25th floor of Block 162, a 30-story commercial office building in Denver’s central business district.

“Our firm is excited to celebrate the growth of our expanding Denver practice,” Jim Kilroy, managing partner of Snell’s Denver office, said in a press release. “Since establishing our presence in Denver in 2000, we’ve grown alongside this dynamic city. As our team and community have evolved, so has our office, reflecting our unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional service to our clients and contributing to the vibrancy of the local community.”

The class A building has views of the Front Range, 595,000 square feet of office space and a LEED Gold core and shell certification.

“As we look toward the future of the Denver office, we are focused on recruiting top talent and expanding our service offerings to match the needs of the regional legal community,” Curt Reimann, a partner and member of the firm’s executive committee, said in a press release. “This new, centrally located office is accessible for clients and has the space we need to support our growing team.”

The firm also noted that its corporate and securities practice group headcount has doubled in the past year.
