For the first time in nearly 25 years, Davis Graham moved its Denver office.
The new spot, Paradigm River North, is a state-of-the-art 200,000-square-foot office development at 3400 Walnut Street in Denver. The firm has the top three floors, totaling roughly 80,000 square feet.
The new footprint for the office boasts amenities like a gym with private shower rooms, 4,000 square feet of outdoor patio space and multiple kitchens and service pantries. The new space is flooded with natural light and no shortage of flex work spaces like cozy nooks and a small law library.
The firm noted that award-winning Tryba Architects designed Paradigm River North and Jordon Perlmutter & Co. and Rockefeller Group served as the project’s co-developers.
