Holland & Hart announced Jan. 15 that Seamus Crowley and Julia Oksasoglu have joined the firm’s Denver office as associates. Crowley focuses on public utility regulation matters, and Oksasoglu focuses on complex business litigation.
Crowley assists clients with public utility regulation matters throughout the Mountain West, advising on energy policy initiatives and ratemaking compliance. He represents energy consumers and developers in complex regulatory matters, focusing on rate setting and reliability issues, permitting, rulemakings and litigation. Crowley received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
Oksasoglu helps clients find solutions that align with their business needs and objectives when disputes arise. She offers tailored guidance to clients on managing disputes and avoiding litigation when possible. In addition to her daily client work, Oksasoglu has extensive pro bono experience. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School and is admitted to practice in Colorado and New York.
