Diamant has advised on several transformative projects, including KORE Investments LLC’s $128 million acquisition of a 13-story, 584,000 square-foot Class A office building, the largest suburban Chicago office acquisition of 2019.
In Denver, he represented EverWest and WHI in leasing an 86,000-square-foot office building to WeWork, marking WeWork’s largest flexible office project in Colorado. Diamant has also advised several nationally recognized companies, including negotiating two office leases in Boulder, Colorado, totaling more than 100,000 square feet of office and lab space for biopharmaceutical company Gilead Sciences, and representing Shea Homes Limited Partnership in the acquisition of real estate assets and entity interests to support the development of commercial and residential properties in Denver and Arapahoe counties.
“Tal brings a fresh perspective to today’s rapidly evolving market,” said Partner and Real Estate Regional Leader Andy Auerbach in a press release. “His ability to unite big-picture vision with meticulous attention to detail will be an invaluable resource for our clients in turning complexity into tangible opportunities.”

“BCLP’s commitment to shaking up the legal space with bold ideas and collaborative solutions was a major draw for me,” said Diamant in a press release. “I’m excited to join a dynamic team redefining how we partner with clients to achieve meaningful results for them.”
Diamant joins BCLP from Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP.
