Holland & Hart LLP announced Feb. 18 that real estate attorney Heather Park Meek has joined the firm’s real estate team as a partner in the Denver office. Meek has experience structuring and negotiating complex leasing transactions and providing asset management solutions for retail, office, industrial and mixed-use projects.

Meek advises landlords, tenants, investors and real estate professional companies on build-to-suit leases, ground leases, headquarters leases, large-scale mixed-use developments and adaptive reuse projects. She also serves as outside general counsel for privately owned companies, orchestrating legal strategies and services across multiple disciplines.

“Heather’s deep experience advising clients on multifaceted leasing transactions and her holistic approach to client service add significant value to our real estate team across our markets,” said Doug Flowers, real estate and development practice group leader, in a press release. “With a background in litigation, Heather can proactively identify potential deal challenges and develop preemptive solutions that maintain clients’ competitive position. Clients also appreciate that she prioritizes streamlined, efficient workflows to maintain momentum in fast-moving transactions.”

“I’m energized to join a firm that offers my clients seamless access to comprehensive legal resources that address virtually every legal need,” said Meek in a press release. “Holland & Hart’s collaborative culture and forward-thinking approach to client service align perfectly with my mission to deliver innovative solutions that help clients maximize the value of their real estate investments.”

Before joining Holland & Hart, Meek was a shareholder at Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC, where she chaired the firm’s real estate transactions group.
