Polsinelli Elevates Two Denver Shareholders

Polsinelli on Nov. 5 announced the election of 27 new shareholders, effective Nov. The new group of shareholders spans 11 offices, all of the firm’s core practice departments, and more than half of them are women and diverse attorneys, according to the firm’s announcement. 

Two Denver attorneys, Matthew Kapsak and Emily Tichenor, were elected to shareholder.

These remarkable attorneys have shown exceptional dedication to client service and have played a significant role in propelling us to one of our most successful years,” Polsinelli Chairman and CEO Chase Simmons said in a press release. “We are proud to elect one of our most diverse groups ever into the partnership. We are lucky to have such incredible talent and take pride in fostering an environment where everyone can succeed and grow.”

Polsinelli noted it has added 53 new first-year associates to support clients nationwide. The new associates are located throughout 14 offices and span 29 practice areas.
