Norton Rose Fulbright announced June 11 that it added three attorneys to its Denver office. A dozen lawyers joined the firm’s Denver and St. Louis offices from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
Joining partner Laura Perlov are senior counsel David Miller and associate Austin Hartley in Denver.
“I am pleased that this remarkable group of lawyers has joined Norton Rose Fulbright, bringing robust practices and valuable experience which will greatly benefit our clients,” said Norton Rose Fulbright’s U.S. Managing Partner Jeff Cody in a news release. “Their arrival expands our already strong global investigations offering, which will continue to be an area of growth over the coming years.”
Perlov’s practice focuses on crisis management, particularly where an investigation, government enforcement or litigation is possible, according to the announcement. She defends individuals and companies in state and federal investigations, complex securities regulation matters and enforcement proceedings. Perlov regularly counsels corporations and executives in sensitive internal investigations and performs independent investigations on behalf of corporations and boards on securities and financial fraud, false claims, accounting irregularities, whistleblower allegations, misuse of corporate assets, kickbacks and conflicts of interest.
Perlov, who is licensed in Colorado and New York, received her law degree from Tulane University and her bachelor’s degree from Emory University.
