Faegre Baker Daniels was drawn to the building because of its proximity to Union Station. The location near the transit center has made it more convenient for the firm’s clients from around the country to visit the Denver office, according to Jared Briant, a partner at the firm.
The firm was also looking for large, flexible meeting spaces for hosting community and educational events like CLEs.
A kitchen and lounge area off of the main lobby has become the social hub of the office. “Stand some people around an island and everyone talks,” said Briant. “That’s the whole point.”
“We’re able to get a lot more done with less space in this building,” said Briant. “I think that, plus light, plus location, is really what drove the decision. And we’re very excited about it.”
