Littler announced on July 24 that David Gartenberg was appointed as the firm’s Denver office managing shareholder. The firm also appointed new office managing shareholders in Indianapolis; Portland, Oregon; San Diego; and San Jose, California.

Their years of service and many contributions have been instrumental in the growth and success of their respective offices and the firm overall, and I look forward to their continued efforts.”
Gartenberg represents and advises employers of all sizes in complex litigation and employment law matters in federal and state courts nationwide. His experience in litigating cases includes those involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, sick pay violations and various other legal theories.
Gartenberg also helps employers navigate rules regarding sick pay, leave and accommodation issues, including those involving federal and Colorado laws.
In addition, he is a core member of Littler’s workplace violence prevention and crisis response practice group and has experience problem-solving with clients on issues relating to concerns of potential workplace violence.
