Snell & Wilmer announced on Jan. 14 that Timothy Reilly has joined the firm’s litigation, investigations and trials practice group as a partner in its Denver office.
With a background as general counsel for a premier construction management, general contracting and real estate development company, Reilly advises clients on construction contract drafting and negotiation, business strategy for construction operations and resolution of construction disputes. He also brings experience in handling complex commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Reilly held several legal roles including serving as a partner at Beltzer, Banger & Gunnell, vice president of general counsel at Saunders Construction and director at Fairfield & Woods.
Reilly earned his J.D. from the University of South Dakota School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. He is licensed to practice in Colorado, Texas and South Dakota.
