The Law Offices of Regina Walsh Adams announced on Jan. 21 that Brett Busch has joined the firm as an attorney specializing in workers’ compensation and Social Security claims. Busch has nearly 15 years of experience and brings expertise and a track record of success in helping injured workers navigate complex legal matters. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law, where he was an author for the Washburn Law Journal.

Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP announced that Xavier Webb and Roni Vogt have joined the firm as associates. Webb joins the firm’s tax group, and Vogt joins its corporate and business group. Webb represents clients in various general transactional tax matters, including corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, among other matters. Webb earned his LL.M. from the University of California, Irvine Graduate Tax Program; his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law; and his bachelor’s degree in political science from North Carolina State University. Webb is admitted to practice in Illinois and North Carolina. Vogt focuses her practice on construction, real estate and oil and gas matters. She is admitted to practice in Colorado. Vogt received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she also completed a certificate in corporate commercial law. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the Colorado School of Mines.

Spencer Fane LLP announced Jan. 23 that Alan Schindler has joined the firm’s Denver office as a partner in its litigation and dispute resolution practice group. Schindler represents individuals and public and private entities in a full spectrum of commercial litigation matters. Schindler has more than 15 years of trial experience and focuses on contracts, real estate law, professional liability and business torts. Schindler received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.

CP2 announced Jan. 17 that attorney R. Clay Bartlett has been elected to the firm’s executive committee. Bartlett serves as a legal advisor to clients in business and real estate and practices out of the firm’s Fort Collins office. Beyond his law practice, Bartlett currently serves on the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and its local legislative affairs committee.

Littler announced on Jan. 21 that Denver attorney Bradley Crowell was elevated to shareholder, effective Jan. 1. Crowell represents clients in high-stakes matters and class and collective actions both locally in Colorado and nationwide. He manages complex disputes, including ERISA class actions, wage and hour class and collective actions, trade secret matters and other business-critical litigation. 

Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP announced Jan. 21 that Maria Oxman has been named among the Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. The honorees, who include a variety of executives, innovators and entrepreneurs, are recognized not only for their professional successes but also for their positive impact on the broader community.
