A Baca County judge will have mandatory jail time after pleading guilty to her second DUI and violating her parole.

Supreme Court Rules on Surcharges
The Colorado Supreme Court said in an opinion yesterday that imposing monetary surcharges after a defendant is sentenced, and after their sentencing hearing, do not violate the Constitution.
