Holland & Hart announced on June 7 that finance attorney Kyle Blackmer joined the firm as a partner in the Boulder office.
Working with both lenders and borrowers, Blackmer handles financing transactions for virtually every type of asset. Blackmer assists with financing transactions that support large projects such as industrial parks, senior living centers, mixed-use and multifamily developments. Blackmer also has specialized experience negotiating complex funding for charter schools.

Kyle brings expertise on complex financing deals that support the development of a wide variety of large projects across the country.
