Kilpatrick announced Oct. 31 the election of 10 members to its partnership effective Jan. 1, 2025.
“The 2025 Partner Class is a reflection of who we are as a firm and mirrors the diversity of our outstanding clients,” Kilpatrick Managing Partner Roger Wylie said in a press release. “This is the most diverse class in our firm’s history — and while we celebrate this milestone, we recognize that our work in this space is ongoing. Kilpatrick leadership looks forward to working with this exceptional group of partners.”
Among the 2025 new partners, Andrea LaFrance is a trademark attorney in Denver. She focuses on global trademark portfolio management and handles a wide range of domestic and international clearance, prosecution and enforcement matters. Her practice extends to specialized areas such as social networking, video games, software and cloud services, space technology and cosmetics.
Kilpatrick also noted its 2024 partner class was recently recognized for “Tipping the Scales” by the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance after the organization released the results of its 2024 New Partner Report, a compilation of public data related to the gender breakdown of attorneys promoted to partner at law firms. According to the firm, law firms that had 50% or more women in their 2024 new partner class, globally and/or U.S.-based, were honored at the alliance’s annual conference.
