Spencer Fane announced Dec. 17 that five attorneys had joined the firm’s corporate and business transactions practice group, including Kelley Rowan in its Denver office.
The five attorneys handle a wide range of transactional business matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions in the small- and middle-market space, as well as general corporate governance, compliance and outside corporate counsel services.
Rowan works with clients to create estate plans, tailoring wills, powers of attorney and end-of-life care plans to address each client’s unique needs, honor personal wishes and effectively manage assets. She also advises clients on novel data privacy issues and crafts solutions to address emerging challenges.
“Kelly’s focused knowledge of global data protection regulations and privacy laws bolsters a highly important and quickly growing sector of our wide-ranging transactional practice,” Ron Fano, office managing partner for the firm in Denver, said in a news release.
Rowan earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Nebraska at Kearney and her J.D. from the Washington University School of Law.
