Holland & Hart announced Nov. 5 that Jacqueline Hyatt has joined the firm’s Denver office as an oil and gas litigation associate.
Hyatt assists energy and natural resources clients navigate complex litigation, transactional and regulatory matters. She uses her experience as a petroleum landman to advocate for clients involved in natural resources litigation.
She also guides clients through oil and gas disputes related to royalties, severance and property taxes, marketing and valuation and unit and joint operating agreements.
Hyatt has litigated cases at the appellate level, handling both administrative and civil appeals. In addition to her litigation practice, she advises clients on regulatory and transactional matters related to natural resources.
Hyatt earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and is admitted to practice in Colorado, New Mexico and Texas. She previously served as a law clerk for Judge Bobby Baldock of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
