Davis Graham & Stubbs announced Sept. 9 that Ixchel Parr-Culver joined the firm as an associate in its environmental and public lands group.
Parr-Culver’s background is in natural resources law. Before she joined the firm, she served as an assistant attorney general in the Office of the Attorney General of Texas in the environmental protections division. While there, she represented state environmental and natural resources agencies in state and federal courts and provided counsel on environmental law and litigation to various branches of the Texas government.
Parr-Culver is admitted to practice in Texas but is not yet admitted in Colorado.
Parr-Culver received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her bachelor’s in psychology from St. Edward’s University. During law school, she worked for the Environmental Law Clinic and as a legal intern at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the environmental protection division at the Office of the Attorney General of Texas.
