Holland & Hart announced Sept. 23 that Diane Wozniak, Hannah Taylor, Helen Grenillo and Lauri Burnup joined the firm’s private client team in Denver. Wozniak joins as a partner, Taylor as an associate and Grenillo and Burnup as paralegals.

Wozniak is an advisor to high-net-worth individuals entering into and ending marriages. She works with individuals, families and family offices on a range of premarital agreements designed to protect generational wealth.

The arrangements she negotiates involve complex financial matters, including business assets, trusts and significant separate property. Wozniak also counsels individuals, families, beneficiaries and corporate fiduciaries on complex trust and estate disputes, prioritizing negotiated resolutions.

“We are thrilled Diane has joined our team of powerhouse women,” Chelsea May, leader of the firm’s private client practice, said in a news release. “Our client base is growing and we’re elevating our services by expanding our trusts and estate litigation capacity with the addition earlier this year of partner Michelle Canerday, more recently of counsel Courtney Kelley, Maureen Mullen, and now Diane. Providing pre-marital and divorce services to high net worth individuals and families with complex, sophisticated estate and wealth management plans is another strategic priority for the team. Together with partner Megan Meyers, Diane will allow us to build a top-notch team of professionals to serve clients’ needs in this area.”

“I’m excited to collaborate with these talented women,” Wozniak said in a news release. “It’s refreshing to be part of a group that truly embraces teamwork and the importance of providing holistic support to clients. It will be rewarding to work with this team of skilled, empathetic listeners who share my approach that prioritizing clear, pragmatic solutions is essential during times of emotional upheaval.

Wozniak was a member of Sherman & Howard before joining Holland & Hart.
