Holland & Hart announced Nov. 4 that seven associates recently joined the firm in Colorado. MB Beasley joined the firm’s business litigation practice; Ginger Eastman and Evan Mahon joined its intellectual property practice; Anna Hamp joined its real estate practice; Catherine Kelly and Devon Stoeber joined its corporate practice; and Lainey Larsen joined its environmental practice.
Beasley uses her experience working with judges at the trial and appellate level to assist clients at all stages of litigation. Before joining Holland & Hart, Beasley served as a law clerk for Colorado Supreme Court Chief Justice Monica Márquez.
During law school, she interned for Magistrate Judge Kristen Mix of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and participated in the appellate advocacy practicum, through which she represented a client in an appeal to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Eastman assists clients across industries when they need to protect and enforce intellectual property assets. She represents clients in all stages of brand creation and protection, including clearance, prosecution, registration, enforcement and litigation.
Before joining Holland & Hart Eastman participated in the firm’s National Diverse 1L Summer Experience Program and summer clerk program. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to Judge Regina Rodriguez of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and practiced under the student practice act at the Office of the Colorado State Public Defender.
Mahon’s practice focuses on intellectual property and commercial transactions. He advises clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, software, manufacturing, consumer products and media and entertainment. Mahon participated for two years in Holland & Hart’s summer clerk program.
During law school, Mahon served as an extern for Judge Nina Wang of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and at the University of Colorado’s Technology Transfer Office, where he drafted licensing agreements for university-owned intellectual property.
Hamp supports clients on complex real estate matters with a focus on affordable housing and renewable energy projects. She provides legal counsel at all stages of commercial real property transactions, including affordable housing projects.
Before joining the firm, Hamp was a legal intern for the Office of General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in Denver. She also participated in the firm’s summer clerk program, where she conducted legal research and drafted and reviewed legal documents for the real estate practice group. Hamp was also a judicial intern for Colorado Supreme Court Justice Melissa Hart and Magistrate Judge Mix.
Kelly helps private and public companies in business decisions at all stages of the corporate life cycle. She offers counsel in financing, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory matters.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Kelly participated in the firm’s summer clerk program, served as an investment associate at the Deming Center Venture Fund and as a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Mix.
Stoeber counsels emerging and established companies on matters including entity formation, corporate governance, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Stoeber participated in the firm’s summer clerk program and served as a student attorney in the University of Denver Sturm College of Law’s Community Economic Development Clinic.
Larsen supports clients navigating energy and environmental challenges. Her practice focuses on environmental regulatory and litigation matters.
Larsen worked with U.S. Rep. David Joyce in Washington, D.C., on energy-related legislation and appropriations. She uses her experience with energy, environmental and economic policy to guide clients through regulatory complexities.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Larsen participated in the firm’s summer clerk program and served as an intern for Judge Timothy Tymkovich of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge Daniel Domenico of the U.S. District Court for Colorado.
