On Sept. 18, Holland & Hart announced that two business litigation associates, Shannon Calhoun and Andi Savage, joined the firm in Denver.
Calhoun counsels clients on a wide range of complex litigation matters, from white collar criminal defense to breach of contract and unjust enrichment actions, construction litigation, trusts and estates disputes and litigation and insurance coverage disputes.
Calhoun draws on her experience in commercial insurance to support businesses and stakeholders on regulatory compliance matters. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
Savage counsels clients facing disputes ranging from business divorces and contract disagreements to general litigation. She advises clients on strategies to manage potential disputes early and helps them navigate intricate litigation issues.
Savage has experience with motion hearings and routine conferences and has served in first- and third-chair evidentiary and AAA arbitration hearing roles. She received her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, an M.A. from the University of Colorado, and a bachelor’s degree from Truman State University.
