Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP announced Oct. 24 that associates Brooke Hare, Hannah McCrory, Erin Mooney and John Siragusa have joined the firm. Hare, Mooney and Siragusa join the firm’s business and corporate advisory group, and McCrory joins the firm’s trial group. Hare, Mooney and Siragusa are former Davis Graham summer law clerks.
Hare will focus her practice on corporate transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. She earned her J.D. from the Denver Sturm College of Law and an LL.M. in international and European business law from Comillas Pontifical University in Spain.
During law school, Hare served as co-president of the Native American Law Students Association and was an associate editor of the Denver Law Review.
McCrory will focus her practice on complex commercial litigation. She earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego. In law school, she was active in the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and served as a student attorney for the University of Denver’s Student Civil Litigation Clinic in 2022.
Before joining Davis Graham, McCrory clerked for Gallaway Law and Ciancio Ciancio Brown and completed judicial externships for Justice Richard Gabriel of the Colorado Supreme Court.
Mooney’s practice will have a focus on corporate transactional law. She earned her J.D. and a certificate in corporate commercial law from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina.
During law school, Mooney gained experience working with in-house legal departments of various holding enterprises, reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring SEC compliance and advising on recapitalization efforts.
Siragusa will advise clients on corporate and business law matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, finance and real estate transactions. Prior to joining Davis Graham, he worked in business development and client relations for two leading global law firms.
Siragusa earned his bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During law school, Siragusa completed a certificate in corporate and commercial law and gained practical experience through internships at Xcel Energy and the Colorado Attorney General’s Office.
