Kutak Rock announced Nov. 12 that the firm added 36 associates across the country, with five associates joining its Denver office. The associates join a wide range of practice areas, including litigation, corporate law, public finance, tax credits, real estate and mergers and acquisitions.
David Arras joined the firm’s real estate and eminent domain litigation group. He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from St. Edward’s University. Arras is admitted to practice in Colorado.
Erica Augustine joined the firm’s corporate tax group. She earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. She is admitted to practice in California and Colorado.
Ryan Ehlinger joined the firm’s finance group. He earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. He is admitted to practice in Colorado.
Ryan Henkel joined the firm’s business, corporate and securities practice group as an associate. He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Denver Law Review. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and is admitted to practice in Colorado.
Alex Mitchell joined the firm’s tax credits group. He earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Rockhurst University. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and New York.
