Otteson Shapiro announced Nov. 19 that Evan Lee has joined the firm as an attorney.
Lee has a background in insurance law and will represent clients across a broad range of industries, including personal lines, complex commercial coverage and various types of liability insurance, such as commercial general liability, owner-controlled insurance programs, directors and officers liability, errors and omissions, homeowners, automobile, excess and umbrella.
His experience also includes litigated matters involving construction defects, personal injury, civil rights and professional liability.
“Evan’s experience and dedication to clients make him a valuable addition to our firm,” Stephen Shapiro, a partner at Otteson Shapiro, said in a press release. “With his background, our clients will benefit from his depth and breadth of experience in the insurance field.”
Before joining Otteson Shapiro, Lee advised insurance carriers and represented the city and county of Denver and its employees in complex civil disputes. Through his previous work, he has gained experience in handling high-stakes litigation and managing challenging legal scenarios.
Lee holds a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
