Davis Graham on Jan. 29 announced that Elizabeth Horton joined the firm as a senior associate in the trial group. She focuses her practice on litigating complex cases from the initial trial phase through appeals. Horton is admitted to practice in Colorado, Massachusetts and North Carolina.
Horton covers a wide range of legal issues and has experience in both administrative and federal courts.
Horton serves on the Convention Planning Committee for the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and the Associates Advisory Board for the Legal Aid Foundation of Colorado.
Before joining Davis Graham, Horton was an associate in the Denver office of a national business law firm, where she represented clients in a diverse array of litigation matters. Earlier in her career, she practiced at a boutique education law firm in Durham, North Carolina.
Horton earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School, her master’s degree from the Paris School of International Affairs and her bachelor’s degree from Harvard College.
