Davis Graham Adds Two Property Rights Associates

Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP announced Jan. 15 that Megan Cullen and Hunter Ross have joined the firm as associates in the property rights group.

Cullen specializes in business and commercial litigation, including real estate, contract law, intellectual property and complex civil matters. She is admitted to practice in Colorado, Scotland, England and Wales and has managed cases across multiple jurisdictions. Before joining Davis Graham, Cullen represented clients at a Denver-based boutique firm and, earlier in her career, at a leading law firm in Scotland. Cullen also has experience working in-house for a global entertainment company. She earned an undergraduate law degree and postgraduate diploma from the University of Dundee and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Southern California.


Ross specializes in resolving complex property disputes. Prior to joining Davis Graham, Ross practiced at a law firm in Aspen, Colorado, where he focused his practice on commercial and real estate litigation, with an emphasis on land use matters, including local permitting assistance and Rule 106 actions. Ross earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During law school, he served as 10th Circuit articles editor for the Denver Law Review and graduated Order of the Coif. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond. Before attending law school, Ross worked at a public affairs firm in Washington, D.C. Ross is admitted to practice in Colorado.
