Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP on Nov. 4 announced it added Pamela Hirschman and Miriam Trudell as partners in the firm’s intellectual property and technology transactions group.

Hirschman, a former trademark examining attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, possesses a broad range of experience in trademark law. Her practice spans trademark prosecution, post-registration maintenance and complex proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. According to the firm, Hirschman is adept in trademark clearance, enforcement, developing international trademark portfolios, drafting various intellectual property agreements and handling uniform domain name dispute resolution policy proceedings.
Trudell specializes in trademark, copyright and domain name law, offering comprehensive legal counsel in both domestic and international operations. Her practice includes trademark protection and maintenance, ex parte and opposition/cancellation proceedings and advising clients on copyright law and domain name disputes. Trudell holds an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was honored as the 2020 Lawyer of the Year in trademark law by Best Lawyers.
