Cookie deSilva joined Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti LLP as an associate, the firm announced on July 9. Her practice focuses on construction law and general civil litigation.
According to the announcement, deSilva represents clients across the construction spectrum in construction-related transactions and disputes, as well as a variety of commercial clients in state and federal courts in cases concerning breach of contract, business disputes, commercial leases, creditors’ rights, eminent domain, evictions, real estate and torts.
deSilva earned her J.D. from the South Texas College of Law Houston and her bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
