Spencer Fane on July 9 announced that David Law and Christiana Leinbaugh joined the firm’s Denver office as associates. Law joins the firm’s labor and employment practice group, and Leinbaugh joins the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice group.
Law helps clients resolve complex employment and labor issues. He advises employers on terminations, wage and hour compliance and other day-to-day employment issues, and revises company policies and contracts to mitigate risk. He previously represented plaintiffs suing for unpaid overtime and discrimination.
Leinbaugh’s representation primarily involves matters related to tort claims, partnership disputes, employment, creditor’s rights, breaches of contract and construction.

The addition of Law and Leinbaugh increases the attorney headcount of Spencer Fane’s Denver office to 71.
