Alex Paalborg Rejoins Davis Graham & Stubbs as Of Counsel

On July 17, Davis Graham & Stubbs announced that Alex Paalborg rejoined the firm as of counsel in the technology, transactions and intellectual property group. 

Paalborg advises clients on legal issues related to data privacy, technology, intellectual property and commercial transactions. His experience includes work with early-stage startups to Fortune 30 corporations. 


“We are happy to have Alex return to Davis Graham as a pivotal addition to our group,” said Trent Martinet, head of the Davis Graham intellectual property and technology transactions group, in a press release. “His extensive data privacy experience will continue to bolster the group’s capabilities and will contribute toward delivering excellent client service.” 

Prior to rejoining Davis Graham, Paalborg was counsel in the privacy and legal information security team at Comcast in Philadelphia. At Comcast, he advised on numerous issues associated with data privacy, including product and service development, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. 

Paalborg is a certified information privacy professional for the U.S., credentialed by the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Arizona.
