Dickinson Wright announced Nov. 7 that Aaron Ladd joined the firm’s Denver office as of counsel.
Ladd’s practice focuses on water rights planning, adjudications and transactions. He has experience in water court and appeals to the Colorado Supreme Court to obtain, preserve, maximize and protect water rights. He counsels clients on water transactions including acquisition, sales, analyses, annexation issues, title investigations, easements and related water contracts and agreements. Ladd represents municipalities, groundwater districts, water companies, mining and industrial users, developers and individuals.
Ladd is recognized as a leader in his field by Best Lawyers in America. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association’s Water Law Section and the Boulder County Bar Association’s Natural Resources/Environmental Section. He received his bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Ohio and his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
