Adams County is ending its moratorium on oil and gas permits after voters rejected Proposition 112. The county had used the temporary ban as a dam against what it expected to be a flood of permits had the ballot measure passed.
Royal Gorge Train Lawsuit Filed
A conductor on the Royal Gorge train filed a lawsuit against the train’s operator over his wife’s death, which he said was caused by a faulty door on the train.
