Denver-based law firm Fairfield and Woods announced Wednesday that it has added two associates — one to its real estate practice group and other to its litigation practice group.
Steven Paletz will join the firm’s real estate practice group where he will focus on real estate development, leasing and finance. Prior to joining Fairfield and Woods, Paletz worked in a regional law firm based in Houston. He earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and his undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University.
Andrew Helm will join the firm’s litigation practice group, where he will focus on a variety of matters including insurance, insurance regulation and general business litigation. Helm also represents individuals and businesses in state and national regulatory matters, including those involving the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. He earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University.
