Lathrop Gage today announced the addition of a three-person team of wealth strategies attorneys to the firm’s Denver office: Alison Zinn, Leia Ursery and Doug Traeger.

Zinn joins Lathrop Gage as a partner. She has experience as a trial attorney focused on trust and estate litigation, particularly disputes involving wills, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, probate fiduciaries, beneficiary disputes and heirs/beneficiaries.
Ursery joins Lathrop Gage as of counsel, specializing in estate planning, estate and trust administration and protective proceedings. Additionally, she has experience in probate litigation, breach of fiduciary duty and removal actions, fiduciary surcharge actions and asset recovery actions.
Traeger joins Lathrop Gage as of counsel and brings experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, guardianships and conservatorships, and elder law.
Zinn, Ursery and Traeger join Lathrop Gage from Lindquist & Vennum.
