Spencer Fane announced Wednesday the addition of associate Nicole Detweiler to the firm’s litigation group in the Denver office.
“In just a few years, Nicole has established an impeccable reputation for high-quality commercial litigation and bankruptcy representation,” said Patrick Whalen, Spencer Fane managing partner.
Detweiler is primarily focused on commercial litigation. She has experience in the bankruptcy court, where she represents trustees, creditors and debtors, and her litigation experience includes representing both private and public entities across the spectrum of commercial matters. She served as a judicial clerk for Judge Elizabeth Brown and Judge A. Bruce Campbell in the U.S. bankruptcy court for the District of Colorado. She also clerked for Judge Bruce Black, chief judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
