The Supreme Court Nominating Commission announced today it has nominated three candidates for a vacancy on the Colorado Court of Appeals.
The vacancy was created by the retirement of Judge Dennis Graham, effective Feb. 12. The nominees were selected during meetings on Nov. 28 and 29, in Denver. They are Michael Beaver of Denver, Judge Ted Tow III of Northglenn and Judge Jami Vigil of Colorado Springs.
Under the Colorado Constitution, the governor has 15 days from Nov. 30 to appoint one of the nominees as a judge on the Colorado Court of Appeals.
