Holland & Hart Hires New Associates

Holland & Hart announced a group of associate hires at the firm in multiple offices.

Chris Boling lateraled to the firm as an associate in its corporate practice in the Denver office. He assists clients on complex domestic and international business transactions and projects.

His practice focuses on project development and finance, private equity investments, acquisitions and divestitures, and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, he served as an associate at Vinson & Elkins. Boling earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and his bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and Texas.

Additionally, the firm hired 10 associates from its summer clerk program, four of whom joined the Denver office: Amanda Marston is working in the intellectual property (trademark and copyright) practice, Leah Neumann, Nneka Obiokoye, and Kenyon Redfoot are in the firm’s corporate practice.
