Moye White Attorney Selected as Kempe Foundation Board Chair

Moye White business attorney, John Kellogg, was selected as chair of the Kempe Foundation’s board of directors.

The Kempe Foundation partners with policy makers, human service agencies, child advocacy groups and nonprofits locally and internationally to prevent and treat abused and neglected children.

Kellogg has been a member of the board of directors since 2015 and will succeed Bill Mackiernan as the board chair.

At Moye White, he advises clients on corporate formation and governance, planning and documentation of venture capital financings, as well as development, structure and due diligence involved with mergers and acquisition.
