Dentons commercial litigation partner, Lino Lipinsky de Orlov, has been selected by the Denver Bar Association to serve as one of its two representatives to the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates.
Lipinsky represents corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in resolving complex commercial disputes. He also focuses on alternative dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration. Lipinsky’s practice spans litigation of creditor’s rights, real estate, trade secrets and employment issues.
The control and administration of the ABA is vested in the House of Delegates, the policy-making body of the association. In addition to the ABA House of Delegates, Lipinsky serves on the Board of Governors of the Colorado Bar Association.
