New Director at Denver-Based RGL Forensics

RGL Forensics announced the appointment of Jeffrey George as Director. He will be based in RGL’s Denver office and will help to expand the company’s legal practice nationally.

RGL Forensics is a financial investigations company specializing in the insurance, legal and corporate markets globally.

Before joining RGL, George focused on quantifying economic damages in insurance claims and litigation, investigating fraud and conducting business valuations for Hagen, Streiff, Newton & Oshiro, Accountants, PC, in Los Angeles. He previously worked for Marsh in both Brisbane, Australia, and Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Forensic Accounting and Claims Service teams.

He has evaluated more than 300 loss of income claims with aggregate damages exceeding $1 billion. Frequently providing expert testimony in State and Federal Court proceedings, he has experience in quantifying economic damages involving claims for wrongful termination, personal injury, lost wages, business interruption, lost profits, construction defect, extra expense, inventory and third-party damage claims. Additionally, George has assisted with business valuations and investigated matters involving alleged fraud including employee dishonesty, embezzlement and theft. He has also worked with government agencies and Federal Equity Receivers to assist with unraveling Ponzi schemes.
