The future is unclear for many federal energy regulations, but it’s up to attorneys to advise their clients on how to act, regardless.
Davis Graham & Stubbs held a seminar Thursday to discuss what the energy and mining regulatory landscape looks like in the early days of the Trump administration.
The panel was made up of attorneys from DGS’ natural resources department, partners Katie Schroder, Eric Waeckerlin, Connie Rogers and Randy Hubbard. The seminar was held for a group of attorneys and industry professionals looking to get a sense of what to expect under a federal administration that is looking to deregulate many industries, shrink the government and cut Obama administration policies.
The panelists had a simple yet possibly frustrating message for the attendees: Wait and see.
